As a grower, we always make sure that from the moment of harvest until delivery, our trees are stored in a shaded moist area standing in sawdust and mulch.

As a retailer, you should always stand your trees once you receive them. If warm weather persists, water them in order to keep them fresh. Watering twice a day is normally sufficient.
